Very proactive, polite staff who were happy to help. Good sized bed in the well-organised room. Freshly cooked breakfast with plenty of milk, slices of fresh bread, pastries and cheese to satisfy every guest. Automated check in & the service was outstanding. Really handy location, just off the centre and Liverpool and pubs, even so the area was not great;)))

The stuff was sincere and we enjoyed English breakfast. Our superior queen room was well decorated and beautifully decorated with quiet beds. The hotel was convenient and the attached restaurant was amazing! Great value for money in a secluded location.

My very delightful experience in Chester. Clean place, VERY HARD WORKING staff. I had a tastefully decorated small double room with an awesome view of cathedral. I enjoyed the fact that you serve really tasty breakfast. Helpful service and an incredible pool onsite.

Very good breakfast, kind staff, comfy beds. Private bathroom with all essentials. An ideal base for celebrating anniversary in Chester. Really enjoyed to hang out in the centre, it's at a short distance from the hotel.
